It was cheap.

I was fairly pleased with the room, despite it being small, until I wandered into the bathroom. There is no screen on the window, and its just frosted glass. My friend told me she could see more then I approved at night with the light on. I was later mortified to find a roach on the shower curtain!

For the price you couldn't beat it, if expect a lot of your hotel this is not the one for you. If you are looking for inexpensive and clean you got it here. No amenities but for a night with friends it was a great place to just go to bed.

can recommend for a weekend jaunt

Clean room, comfortable bed, the shower had amazing water pressure and adjustable settings that I appreciated . I also enjoyed the convenience of having free parking right by my room.

The night we were there, the motel was quiet. Free wi-fi and mini-refrigerator and microweave.

I was a little sad when I found they didn't have a hair dryer. But that's my only complaint. For a low priced hotel it wasn't bad.

The amenities included a fridge, coffee maker, and an excellent TV with many channel options. The hotel has a business center that allowed me to manage my work commitments efficiently, and the quiet environment provided a restful night.

Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which hindered work.

No continental breakfast or coffee machines or iron.

The parking was well lit, making me feel secure leaving my bike outside. The comfortable bed and cleanliness greatly enhanced my short stay.

Very economical, with close proximity to Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Staff was very accommodating with a credit card glitch. Basic room, with 1970s decor, but was clean and odor-free. A good value!

Reasonably priced hotel, ideal for what we needed.

Location: the hotel was not far from the Sierra Nevada Brewery and restaurant, Sierra Nevada brewery, and stores and restaurants. Greatly enjoyed satellite TV, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. It was peaceful 1 day, would want to stay there again.

I really dug the fresh room vibes and comfy bed . The awesome shower pressure seemed like a mini spa.

Reasonable rates and clean and convenient

The Rodeway Inn Chico University Area has a lovely, cute atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with all the amenities you need. I especially appreciated the easy access and helpful staff.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

stayed here for 1 day, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with easy and ideal location in a very attractive residential area. we had an absolutely amazing stay at this affordable venue.
